I found Cooking for Engineers hidden in my bookmarks folder, and thought engineering-minded guys like Wild Willie, Fandango, and Wankmaster Scratch might enjoy this. I've never actually tried making anything on this website, so cook at your own risk.

This didn't happen to be Alton Brown's book, was it? I watch his show Good Eats occassionally on the Food Network. He's a bit annoying at times, but I like how he explains the science behind what he's cooking on the show.
Engineers, and Engineering. Its all about proportions, and planning.
Why is it then, if i am one, and when it comes to cooking, i don't really care what proportions go into something, as long as i have fun cooking, and eating it when i'm done?
