It took a while, but I think it's time has come.

Never have I read a more convincing argument, and from a twelve year old no less. We may have to alter the random fact on this blog.

Read about it here.

Tempting, George, tempting. But then the random facts wouldn't be as amusing because they'd all be true (and really bad-ass cool).

We were that kid at 12!
And I still think about my nunchaks, throwing stars, wooden practice katana, and butterfly knives very regularly. "How awesome would I be if I still had those?" I ask myself. Always the answer echoed back is the same "Very awesome, Wander. Very awesome."
If Chuck Norris is our icon, then Bruce Lee should, Nay!, must be our patron Saint. The dude deserves no less. He could do a standing double back-flip! That's awesome on a scale unheard of today!

I ordered two pairs of octagonal hardwood nunchaku last week. I'm just waiting by my mailbox...

Do you plan on using those nunchaks? Much like Wankmaster thinking that Boba Fett's name was Beau Bafett, for the longest time I always thought they were numb chucks. I mean, hey, you chuck those things around and the are bound to numb something. ( I should probably point out that this was a few years ago when I was corrected - not today.)

Firecracker George, trying to pick up the ladies with your "numb chuck" skills, eh?

"Numb," as in your testicles if you're not too careful.

Question: Is weapons training a part of tae kwon do or is this something you're taking up on your own?

Answer: Taekwondo is weaponless, but I'm practiced over twelve marital arts - Taekwondo for the longest for sure, but I know some other stuff. I've goofed around with chucks forever, and little by little I've gotten pretty good.

They're just a fun thing to flip around at home while I'm thinking of stuff.

They make good chopsticks, too. Just think--you'll never lose one stick's partner.
