The universal language of stupid fun...

I could spend an entire day watching Japanese game shows. Sure beats the heck out of lame American shows like Deal or No Deal.

I like Deal Or No Deal. A game show of pure luck with no skill, no physical attributes, no extra knowledge needed or involved. Seems like the fairest of all of them to me. And it lets people keep their dignity. But man it's fun watching the crap people will do on the Japanese game shows.

Those Japanese game shows look fun. Here is a little known fact about Wild Willie - I have tried out for three different game shows.

Can anyone guess which ones they are?

I'd guess Survivor, The Amazing Race, and Jeopardy. I think the first two can technically be considered game shows.

And sorry, Wander, can't join you in the Deal or No Deal Camp. I like looking at the briefcase beauties, but even that can only hold my attention for about five minutes. Now, if they included a briefcase where you automatically dropped through a trapdoor into a tank of water or a treadmill under your feet suddenly started to move...

Oh yeah, and Willie, if one of those shows you tried out for was American Idol, I'll have lost all respect for you.

I'm going to guess Wheel Of Fortune, Jeopardy, and Who Wants To Be A Millionaire. Mainly because those are the 3 I've tried out for seeing as they have/had travelling tryouts. Didn't get on any, but I have some cool Wheel swag, and a Regis pic to show for my trouble.
Still wasn't worth it.

Good guesses. A collective of your answers would get you all three. Survivor, Amazing Race, and Wheel of Fortune. I love my wheel of Fortune pen. I still use it today. Wander, we might have even been at the same tryouts for Wheel of Fortune - in Denver at the Pepsi Center's pavilion.
