Sighting #6 was a use of the force coupled with some plans retrieved by a Bothan spy, but after that sighting I turned off my targeting computer and decided to just "roam" downtown a little more. Within a matter of minutes, I was led by the ancient jedi about three blocks east to the corner of Fayetteville St. and Martin Street. Now you have #7.

Wait a second. If I'm making out the building sign out right, this mailbox was smack dab in front of the Raleigh Post Office? And only three blocks away from the other one? Surely, there's more interesting things in Raleigh than that to place R2-D2. Then again, I got stuck in the Raleigh bus station for a few hours once, and couldn't find anything to do around there.

They are unaware of the Star Wars samp, and your ability to decipher the letters have served you well. It was in front of the post office.
Man! I've yet to see one of these beauties in real life and you guys are gobbling them up like Pac-Man on a blue power upper.
My bro-in-law who was to find the one in Vegas for me had forgotten the request so hard by the time he got back that his girlfriend had to insure him I had asked him to do it before he left and I wasn't just messing with him. Ah, to be 21 and able to drink entire conversations out of my head again.
There are a couple in Denver. If you do a search for r2d2 mailbox locations, you will get a hodgepodge of sites that will give you an idea of where to look.
