I've never actually watched an episode of Man vs. Wild on the Discovery Channel, but I'm guessing he knows the best way to survive in the wild--stay close to civilization!

I actually had about 15 of these recorded on my dvr. I ended up erasing them all because I figured I didn't need to waste more time watching something. After seeing this I am a kinda glad I didn't watch any of them. I used to watch a show called Survivorman. This was a similar concept to this show except he had no film crew. He was the film crew and they would helicopter him in and let him find his way out. That was a sweet show.
Waste time watching TV? You can't waste time watching TV. That's, like, an oxymoron.
I love this show and am disappointed to see this. Dang it!
