I hope the final product doesn't disappoint...

The trailers for this movie are making me more and more excited with each new one they release.

You know I was kind of ho-hum on this until I saw this particular trailer. I thought it had something that the others didn't, and I don't quite know what it was.

I counted three separate occasions where Stark was drinking, so even if they don't factor in his alcoholism in this picture, it looks like they are laying the foundation for it to be in a sequel.

So far Downey looks to be a great Tony Stark. Terrence Howard- another great actor - is probably Jim Rhodes.

UPDATE! I just checked IMDB to confirm Howard's character, and found the full list of characters. Jeff Bridges is Obadiah Stane, and Sam Jackson is Nick Fury! WOOT!

Hopefully these big name stars (including Gwyneth Paltrow, who usually has her pick of roles) are doing the movie because it's good, and not because of contract obligations with the studios.

Man, if this had come out when we were in fourth grade and Iron Man was my all-time favorite super hero (the pre-Nightcrawler days), I would have crapped my underoos.
