I am in agreement with you. I am more interested in the lyrics than the music on this one.

I am inclined to believe though that maybe the song is more about marketing than music.

I love U2 and I prebought the deluxe version because I am a fan. If I weren't a fan though I might have to question if I wanted to buy the whole album based off that. Probably not.
